Burmese
Social, intelligent, affectionate,
athletic -and bringing with all that a curiosity and a willingness to enjoy life
and good company, Burmese are, mostly, perfect companions for almost anyone who
has time and affection to give. Burmese are as much a perfect fit as part of a
large busy family as they are in the lives of those people who enjoy a companion
pet.
Despite it's purebred pedigreed ancestry the Burmese has remained a hardy cat physically, with no real known health weaknesses, or susceptibilities. It's short hair makes for easy care grooming - helped along by frequent stroking! Burmese are medium sized cats, more muscular and heavy than their appearance would often indicate, with a short, fine, close lying coat of smooth, glossy texture.
Our Burmese " girls" between them can have mostly litters of "rainbow kittens" of any of the 4 colours, being Seal, Chocolate, Lilac and Blue. We have Blue and Seal females, who produce solid coloured boys and tortie coloured girls with Ossy's enthusiastic and healthy Cream genes. When our young seal boy,Cracker Jack becomes old enough to follow in Ossy's footsteps, he will produce both solid colour girls and boy kittens.

Champion Dreamcatchers Cracker Jack- a seal boy whose growth and progress we are watching with interest.....
Cracker Jack, on left at four months old, and at 8 months on right, is developing good eye colour, with an even seal coat colour, and good head type- not to mention his energiser purr, his love of cuddles and games, and an ability to bolt through any open door faster than the eye can see-especially if there are " girls" around to impress! Cracker has fathered some litters now, and is carrying on in his Father's footsteps, giving us lovely kittens.
